Betfa only accepts deposits made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. Any deposit betfa identifies as originating from a third party will be returned and the account flagged for review.
Betfa does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside betfa's control and are the player's responsibility.
You may request a withdrawal of your real balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your betfa account.
Betfa processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within ten minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours. NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT withdrawals are typically completed within one business hour. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your issuing bank.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling a wagering requirement on betfa. In the event of a disconnection, server outage or technical fault during a game round, betfa will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be completed, any stake for that round will be returned to the player's real balance. Betfa is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
All game outcomes on betfa are final once confirmed by the platform. Slot results are determined by certified RNG software; live game results are determined by physical card deals conducted by live dealers on camera. Betfa does not alter, adjust or reverse confirmed game outcomes except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

Before closure, any real balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
Betfa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reason to believe the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, has provided false information, or where betfa is required to act by regulatory or legal obligation. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Betfa will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.
